- further examination services for universities
On these pages you will find IIK preparation courses and information on TOEFL, TestDaF, GMAT and other PearsonVue tests. We cooperate with the Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf and the Technical University Dortmund and maintain computer labs in Düsseldorf and Berlin.
We work together with the test providers Educational Testing Services (ETS), Prometric, PearsonVue and the TestDaF Institute.
Participants and interested cooperation partners can find answers to frequently asked questions in our FAQ.
The IIK Test Center network tests more than 4000 candidates a year in over 25 different test formats and stands for high service quality. The positive evaluation results from the preparatory courses confirm our efforts to offer candidates a high-quality service from one source.
The IIK Test Center for Internet-based tests was founded in autumn 2005, when the test format for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) was changed from paper-based to Internet-based format. Previously, the IIK had already accepted TOEFL in paper-based format. The IIK has taken on a pioneering role in TOEFL ibt and is one of the largest test centres in Germany and Europe.
Since 2009, the IIK is also one of five PVTC Select (Authorized Test Center Select) test centers for GMAT and other test formats from PearsonVue. Regular QM measures and internal and external audits ensure a consistently high level of testing service.
The IIK offers a range of services to cooperation partners and course participants:
- Provision of test places
- Performing tests on site
- Exam preparation courses for different language levels
- Regular information events to inform interested students and test candidates about TOEFL
- Examinations on the desired date
- Individual support
- Extensive FAQ for candidates
